ICT Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for an ICT Officer located in Lusaka Province, Zambia. The ICT Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of network infrastructure. The role also includes contributing to system upgrades, optimizing IT functionalities, and maintaining secure and efficient technological operations across the organization. Requirements

• Strong experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve software, hardware, and network issues efficiently
• Proficiency in Information Technology and Network Administration to manage and maintain IT infrastructure and systems
• Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose problems and develop innovative technological solutions
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection principles is highly desirable
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft) are an advantage
