We are building a performance-driven health brand with strong retail presence and are looking for someone to lead our influencer and community strategy. This role will focus on building a scalable network of creators, athletes, and brand advocates to drive awareness, content, and retail demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors
- Coordinate product seeding and ongoing relationships
- Generate and manage user-generated content (UGC)
- Brief influencers in line with campaign messaging
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to turn UGC into high-performing content
- Collaborate with our activations team to capture real-world content
- A growing network of active creators
- Consistent flow of authentic content
- Strong link between influencer activity and retail demand
- This is a growth-focused role with significant opportunity to build and scale a core marketing channel.
Required Skills
- Social Media Marketing: 3 to 4 years
- Influencer Marketing: 3 to 4 years
- Retail Promotions Planning: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- Passion for fitness, health, or lifestyle industries is advantageous
