Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Incident & Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our IT systems are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT technical support
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
