Job Description:

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the project's monitoring and evaluation system. The officer will work closely with the project team to ensure that the project's objectives are met and that the project's impact is maximized.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Designing and implementing a monitoring and evaluation system that meets the project's objectives
• Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the project's progress and impact
• Developing and implementing a system for tracking and reporting project progress
• Providing regular updates to the project team and stakeholders on project progress and impact
• Collaborating with the project team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for addressing these areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. monitoring and evaluation, statistics, data analysis)
• At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
