Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage budgets and forecast financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Supervise and train junior accountants
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
