Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer Card Integrations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of card integration solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of card integration solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations to deliver high-quality products and services
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides
• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on card integration solutions
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Experience with card integration technologies, including EMV, contactless, and mobile payments
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, including Java, Python, and C++
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure
