Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Officer to join our team in Kigali, Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to our warehouse and from our warehouse to customers
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and up-to-date
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
