Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising plans to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or a related field
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to travel frequently
