We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team on a part-time, on-demand basis. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can provide expert-level network support across multiple clients under our managed IT services framework, as well as support Ekovolt's own internet/ISP operations as needed. We are looking for a candidate with deep experience in wireless ISP networks, core network deployment, RF engineering, and client-facing technical support. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, capable of managing complex network environments, and skilled at bridging technical gaps while working collaboratively with client internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-demand network administration and technical support, ensuring stability, performance, and security of their IT and network infrastructures.
  • Manage end-user internet activations, troubleshoot customer connectivity issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, site documentation, and client reports.
  • Provide orientation and technical guidance to client internal teams or technicians as needed, supporting their upskilling goals.
  • Manage WISP networks including point-to-point and point-to-multipoint links, to support client’s internet operations and client environments.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize network devices, with strong emphasis on MikroTik (RouterOS) and Cisco hardware.
