Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Accounting knowledge and experience is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Maintain office records, files, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics
  • Support basic accounting functions such as invoicing, petty cash, and expense tracking
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers
  • Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external stakeholders
