Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Accounting knowledge and experience is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administration
- Maintain office records, files, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics
- Support basic accounting functions such as invoicing, petty cash, and expense tracking
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers
- Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external stakeholders
