The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various accounting functions. Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
