Operations & Facility Manager (Urgent hiring !!)

Job Description

On behalf of our client, GeezJobs (Recruitment Department) is looking for a reliable and experienced Operations & Facility Manager (Male Only) to handle the day-to-day running of company services. The successful candidate will ensure everything works smoothly, including maintenance, security, cleaning, transport, and external coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring effective delivery of services across maintenance, security, cleaning, fleet management, employee services, government compliance, vendor management, and liaison services
• Supervise and support team leaders and staff
• Ensure company vehicles are properly used and maintained and handle employee transport arrangements
• Work with government offices for permits and compliance
• Manage vendors and service providers
• Solve operational problems, improve service quality and overall services quickly and efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in facility management or general services
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Basic computer skills
