Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Recruit, select, and hire top talent to fill open positions
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment laws, tax laws, and workers' compensation laws
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday or BambooHR
  • Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-SHRM-CP, is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Must be willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Must be able to work in a culturally diverse environment
  • Must be able to work in a environment with a high level of stress and pressure
  • Must be able to work in a environment with a high level of change and uncertainty
