Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our Green Trade program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in managing complex programs and teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing program strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring program deliverables are met.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management
- Strong background in program management, with experience in managing complex programs and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
