EaglePay is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will be a linchpin between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all IT initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards and strategic objectives.

This role requires a blend of strong technical knowledge, exceptional leadership, and meticulous organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include project planning, execution, and monitoring, as well as managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• The role involves coordinating teams and vendors, communicating with stakeholders, and overseeing budget and quality control.
• The IT Project Manager will also promote project management methodologies and best practices and handle project documentation and closure.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates should atleast 2 years or more of IT project management experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, SDLC, networks, and cybersecurity is necessary.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello is required.
• Essential soft skills include leadership, problem-solving, communication, and time management.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred qualifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• ITIL, Experience with Software Development, cloud, systems and data management tools
