We are looking for a Project Sales.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

  • 1. Strategic Develop and implement integrated sales strategies for both project and channel segments. Identify and penetrate new territories, segments, and verticals. Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans. Build long-term partnerships with architects, builders, consultants, dealers, and distributors. Create annual and quarterly business plans and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
  • 2. Financial Achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets across project and retail channels. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost estimations for projects and sales initiatives. Monitor credit control, collections, and outstanding dues from partners and clients. Ensure profitability of projects through effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • 3. Customer & External Orientation Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencers, consultants, architects, dealers, and distributors. Manage lead generation pipelines and convert enquiries into confirmed sales. Ensure clear communication with customers regarding proposals, timelines, and project updates. Drive customer satisfaction through quality assurance, timely delivery, and after-sales support.
  • 4. People & Leadership Lead, coach, and develop sales executives and project teams. Foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture. Set KPIs, review performance, and provide continuous feedback and training. Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, operations, finance, and service.
  • 5. Core Operational Accountabilities Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle – from lead qualification to project closure. Prepare comprehensive proposals including technical specifications, cost estimates, and timelines. Manage channel operations, dealer onboarding, and territory coverage. Conduct dealer meets, training sessions, and product awareness programs. Implement credit control and collection processes. Maintain accurate project and sales documentation, CRM updates, and reporting. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

  • Project Management: Planning, execution, risk management, and closure.
  • Sales & Business Development: B2B, channel sales, retail expansion, and key account management.
  • Financial Acumen: Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • CRM & Reporting Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and sales dashboards.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Understanding
  • Technical/Product Knowledge: Construction materials, uPVC/aluminum doors & windows or related building products.
  • Proposal & Tender Management
  • Territory & Dealer Network Development
