Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Operations Manager to oversee the performance and profitability of a flagship commercial property. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all property operations, systems, and processes
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve and maintain full occupancy
• Identify, attract, and retain high-quality tenants
• Prepare and manage budgets while monitoring revenue, costs, and profitability
• Lead, train, and manage the property management team
• Generate and present monthly performance reports and operational insights
• Build and maintain relationships with government bodies and service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing mid-sized commercial properties, including leasing
• Proven experience in tenant acquisition, negotiation, and retention
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Financial acumen with the ability to interpret reports and manage costs effectively
• Professional, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Proficiency in English is required
