Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Officer/Quality Assurance to ensure our products consistently meet the right standards before reaching customers. The role involves checking materials and finished goods, spotting and reporting issues, and working closely with the production team to maintain high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality and ensure consistency across operations
• Conduct routine hygiene and food safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Support the training of staff on quality and hygiene practices
• Document quality checks and report issues for improvement

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, kitchen, or QA/QC role
• HND / B.Sc Degree in Food Science, Food Tech, Foods and Nutrition, etc.
• Background in Culinary Arts / Hospitality Management
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP is a plus)
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
