An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Regional Finance Manager to lead the finance function across a portfolio of operations in Kenya. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially driven finance professional with strong operational insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial governance, compliance, and reporting across multiple entities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and commercial guidance to operational teams
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Strengthen internal controls, systems, and risk management processes
- Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Manage cashflow, banking relationships, and treasury functions
- Oversee capex planning and project financial control
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional finance teams
Requirements
- B. Com (Accounting) or equivalent (or higher)
- CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- 12+ years’ finance experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience managing multi-site operations
- Hospitality / tourism / remote operations experience advantageous
