Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team in Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical equipment industry
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical equipment industry
• Proven track record of sales success and achievement of business objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
