We are a fast-growing software development company providing innovative solutions to businesses across Ghana. As part of our expansion, we are seeking Sales Executives to join our team and help market our software products to a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Ghanaian market.
- Promote and sell our software solutions to businesses and organizations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the development team on customer needs and market trends.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the Ghanaian business environment and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools.
