Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager for a client in the manufacturing and distribution sector. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, leading and developing regional teams, executing business strategies, ensuring compliance, and managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver regional revenue targets and business objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, including budgeting and performance monitoring.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of GMs and sales teams.
- Develop and execute strategic, marketing, and advertising plans.
- Build and manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and company standards.
- Enforce company policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Prepare and present periodic operational and financial reports.
- Resolve escalated customer, operational, and legal issues promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Postgraduate diploma or MBA from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
- 5 years’ leadership experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
