Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Procurement of Agriculture Equipment.

CRS is kindly inviting competitive tenders from specialized qualified supplier for purchasing and distribution of Agriculture tools and equipment input for 10 schools, nine communities demo plot, individual gardeners in Margibi and Montserrado counties. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two separate sealed envelopes (technical and financial proposals) enclosed with an outer sealed envelope with the reference number addressed to Catholic Relief Services, Liberia Program. Expected delivery time: 15 days after signing of Purchase Order. CRS reserves the right to return, at the vendor’s expense, any item that does not meet the Minimum Technical Specifications upon delivery. Softcopy of this RFQ and softcopy of the ledger, additional information or request for clarification can be requested at liberiarfq@crs.org. The selected vendor will be contractually obligated to deliver the full quantity of Goods as per the accepted sample by the delivery date 15 days after signing the Contract. Delivery periods exceeding the maximum acceptable timeline will be considered non-responsive. Failure to meet this obligation without written notice may result in penalties and contract termination.

The envelopes should be clearly labeled as Eligibility Requirements – Tender for purchasing of Agriculture tools and equipment. The deadline for submission is April 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Late submissions will not be considered. Incomplete or improperly labeled submissions may result in disqualification.
