Request for Quotations: Water Quality Testing Kits

Water For People has secured funds from the U.S. Government to finance the Isoko y'Ubuzima WASH project that will operate in 10 Districts of Rwanda, including Rwamagana, Kayonza, Ngoma, Kirehe, Nyagatare, Ruhango, Nyanza, Nyamagabe, Nyabihu, and Ngororero from 2021 to 2026. The purpose of this project is to increase and sustain equitable access to safe drinking water and sanitation services to improve health and contribute to a strong economy. One of the project objectives consists of ensuring safe and reliable water supplies from the source to the tap of the customers. In that context, Isoko y'Ubuzima Project has rehabilitated 33 water supply systems and will conclude the project by leaving in place a well-documented water quality monitoring plan for districts. In line with its main project objective on water quality monitoring, Water For People, through the Isoko y'Ubuzima project, has committed to the purchase of portable water testing kits for WASAC Utility Ltd/ branches in the concerned districts to monitor water quality of rural water supply systems.
