The Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment is seeking to engage the services of a Safety Consultants Solutions Provider (SCSP) to provide safety consulting services to the Ministry and its agencies. The SCSP will be responsible for conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and providing recommendations for improving safety standards in the Ministry and its agencies. The SCSP will also be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, and providing training to Ministry staff on safety best practices. The SCSP will work closely with the Ministry's safety team to ensure that all safety standards are met and that the Ministry's safety policies and procedures are implemented effectively. The SCSP will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the safety policies and procedures, and making recommendations for improvement. The SCSP will be required to have a strong understanding of safety regulations and standards, and to be able to communicate effectively with Ministry staff and other stakeholders. The SCSP will also be required to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and to be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The SCSP will be required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in safety consulting, and to have a strong track record of delivering safety consulting services to government agencies. The SCSP will also be required to have a strong understanding of the Ministry's safety policies and procedures, and to be able to work effectively with the Ministry's safety team. The SCSP will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as safety engineering, occupational health, or a related field. The SCSP will also be required to have a strong understanding of safety regulations and standards, and to be able to communicate effectively with Ministry staff and other stakeholders. The SCSP will also be required to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and to be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The SCSP will be required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in safety consulting, and to have a strong track record of delivering safety consulting services to government agencies.
