We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Sales and Relationship Officer to join our team. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital sales environment, takes initiative, and knows how to drive sales while managing customers and suppliers relationships strategically and ensuring a seamless buying and selling process. If you are a natural challenger, someone who doesn’t take “no” for an answer, and can think outside the box to find solutions and close deals, then this role is for you.

Actively sell discounted gift cards on Telegram, ensuring daily and consistent sales growth. Communicate and Negotiate smartly with suppliers to get the best deals and ensure profitable transactions. Engage customers proactively, Handle inquiries, objections and resolve any issues effectively. Think strategically: find new ways to improve sales, attract buyers, and maximize profits. Manage relationships with both suppliers and customers, ensuring long-term retention. Handle transactions efficiently, minimizing errors, delays, and refunds. Stay updated on market trends to adjust pricing strategies and stock availability. Own your results—drive sales with creativity, persistence, and problem-solving skills.
