A Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. To increase company revenue by identifying and closing sales opportunities. Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, and flight schedule inquiries. Inform passengers of flight delays, cancellations, and gate changes. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and address their concerns. Assist passengers with special needs, including helping those needing wheelchair assistance. Handle cash and credit transactions for ticket purchases and airline fees. Adhere to all airline and airport regulations and guidelines for safety and security. Manage reservations and issue airline tickets. Provide excellent customer service to passengers by answering questions and handling complaints. Handle refunds and credit requests. Work closely with the sales manager and other staff. Stay updated on airline regulations and procedures. Ensure passenger comfort and safety.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • With 3 years or more of experience in the airline industry.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and airline reservation systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic Computer Skills(Proficient in MS suite.
