Job Summary:
The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Nigeria’s foremost private sector advocacy and business support organization, invites applications from energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented individuals to join the Sales and Canvassing Team for the Lagos International Trade Fair (LITF) 2026 — the largest international trade exhibition in West Africa.
This engagement provides a unique opportunity for driven individuals to contribute to one of Africa’s most prominent trade exhibitions while developing practical experience in sales, marketing, and business networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market exhibition spaces and participation opportunities for the Lagos International Trade Fair 2026.
- Identify and engage potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
- Promote the benefits of participation in the Trade Fair to businesses and organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective exhibitors and stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales and canvassing targets.
- Provide timely follow-up with prospective clients to secure commitments.
- Support marketing campaigns through direct sales, phone outreach, and digital platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and confirmed exhibitors.
- Represent LCCI professionally in all interactions with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE (mature and experienced), OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, canvassing, business development, or customer engagement is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
- Good use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
