Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve sales performance
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve sales performance
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel occasionally
