Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of our school facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that our buildings, grounds, and equipment are well-maintained to provide a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of school property, including buildings, classrooms, offices, and outdoor areas.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring timely completion of repairs and projects.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, including fire safety, security systems, and emergency procedures.
- Ensure the school is completely clean at all times.
- Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance and improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with school leadership to support events and facility usage.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and school policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in property or facilities management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with contractors.
