The Senior Business Analyst is a strategic leader responsible for aligning market intelligence and sales data with the Corporation’s vision of mobility innovation and industrialization. Positioned within the Marketing and Sales Department, this role oversees the Business Analytics Unit, which is responsible for business data management, data visualization, predictive modelling, data mining, forecasting simulation, and optimization. The Senior Business Analyst transforms raw market dynamics and complex datasets into actionable business cases, revenue optimization strategies, and high-impact insights to improve business decisions. This role is crucial for executing the division’s strategic roadmap, ensuring that all business development initiatives meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and technical excellence while mentoring junior staff.

  • Functional Responsibilities
  • The Senior Business Analyst provides technical expertise and hands-on execution in business intelligence, data science, and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Business Data Management & Mining: Oversees the end-to-end business data management process, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility for commercial decision-making. Execute advanced data mining techniques to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and trends within customer, sales, and market datasets. Lead the design and execution of nationwide and regional market research projects to identify emerging automotive trends and niche market opportunities.
  • Predictive Modelling & Forecasting Simulation: Leads the development, validation, and optimization of predictive models to forecast vehicle sales, revenue streams, and market demand across diverse territories. Conduct complex forecasting simulations to anticipate potential market outcomes, assessing the impact of macro-economic shifts on Kiira Motors Corporation’s commercial objectives. Analyze price elasticity and regional affordability to recommend dynamic pricing frameworks through optimization modelling.
  • Data Visualization & Insight Transformation: Oversees the development of interactive business data visualization frameworks and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide real-time visibility into sales performance. Transform complex data outputs into clear, actionable insights and narratives that directly improve business decisions and strategic planning. Prepare clear and concise visual aids and documentation to articulate design decisions, market risks, and project status to senior leadership.
  • Strategy & Business Case Optimization: Partners with Finance and Product Development teams to create comprehensive business cases for new vehicle models, utilizing optimization models to ensure ROI and technical feasibility. Conduct post-campaign analysis and data-driven appraisals for product launches, quantifying the impact on brand equity and lead generation. Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new geographic territories, leveraging data mining and simulation results to minimize entry risks.
  • QHSE Data Governance & Sustainability Analytics: Oversees the implementation of QHSE standards within the Business Analytics Unit, ensuring a safe and ergonomic digital workspace and the ethical handling of data in compliance with privacy laws. Lead the integration of sustainability metrics and “Green” consumer behavior trends into market research and predictive models. Conduct business impact analyses on the Corporation’s carbon footprint and environmental initiatives, ensuring that all proposed business cases and Go-to-Market strategies align with the Corporation’s environmental stewardship goals and social responsibility frameworks.
  • Any Other Duties: Any other duties assigned by your Supervisor.

Social Responsibilities

  • Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Provides direct supervision, on-the-job training, and professional mentorship to the Business Analyst to ensure a high standard of analytical output and professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and PR teams to ensure that data-driven insights and visualizations are integrated into creative campaigns and commercial operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicates complex market data and strategic narratives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the Kiira Motors Corporation Board and external partners.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Leads internal knowledge-sharing sessions on business analytics tools, simulation techniques, and data mining best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field from a Recognized Academic Institution.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field from a Recognized Academic Institution.
Experience
  • Applicant should have at least Five (5) Years Experience in business analysis, data mining, or commercial strategy in a Reputable Organization within the Manufacturing, Financial or Mobility Industry.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Certificates in Data Analytics (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R) or Predictive Modelling are an Added Advantage.
  • Professional Membership: Membership to the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or Equivalent) and in Good Standing is an Added Advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced mastery of Excel, SQL, and BI tools; expertise in predictive modelling, data mining, and forecasting simulations.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for systematic problem-solving, optimization, and investment appraisal.
  • Digital Acumen: Proficiency in data management systems and the ability to automate complex reporting workflows.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional leadership teams through data storytelling.
  • QHSE & Ethical Data Stewardship: Advanced understanding of data privacy ethics and the environmental impact of digital infrastructure (e.g., energy-efficient data management). Proficiency in identifying and mitigating ergonomic and mental health risks within a high-intensity analytical team. Ability to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) indicators into commercial forecasting and business optimization models to drive sustainable automotive industrialization.
