We are looking for an experienced and engaging professional to join our team as a Senior Corporate Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with organisational goals
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Mentor junior trainers and support staff development initiatives
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in corporate training or learning & development
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Experience in curriculum development and adult learning methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools
