Senior Health Technical Advisor - Freetown

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to join our team as a Senior Health Technical Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on health programs and interventions
• Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of health projects
• Ensure programs align with national policies and international standards
• Strengthen health systems and improve service delivery outcomes
• Provide capacity building and mentorship to program staff and partners
• Contribute to proposal development, reporting, and stakeholder engagement

Required Profile

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in health program management or technical advisory roles.

They must demonstrate strong knowledge of public health systems, program design, and implementation, along with experience working with government and development partners.

The candidate should possess excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance, build capacity, and drive high-impact health interventions.

A high level of professionalism, collaboration, and the ability to work in dynamic environments is essential.

Qualifications & Requirements
