Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join their mining company based in Limpopo. You will be responsible for managing the HR generalist function to ensure effective people management, compliance and organisational support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full HR generalist function, ensuring effective HR service delivery.
  • Provide guidance to line management on HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate performance management, training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and support employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • Degree (NQF Level 7) in HR Management or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years' experience as a Senior HR Officer.
  • 5-7 years' experience working in a mining environment.
  • Valid Driver's License.
