Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally
  • Conduct client consultations via Zoom
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
  • Guide clients from initial enquiry through to contract signing
  • Manage and track your sales pipeline accurately
  • Meet and work toward exceeding conversion rate targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience (required)
  • Strong closing skills and a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage the full client lifecycle from first contact to close
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Available to work full-time (5 days/week) during California business hours
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
  • Proven ability to close over 20% of qualified leads, targeting 30%+
