Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally
- Conduct client consultations via Zoom
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
- Guide clients from initial enquiry through to contract signing
- Manage and track your sales pipeline accurately
- Meet and work toward exceeding conversion rate targets
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience (required)
- Strong closing skills and a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage the full client lifecycle from first contact to close
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Available to work full-time (5 days/week) during California business hours
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
- Proven ability to close over 20% of qualified leads, targeting 30%+
