Senior Virtual Assistant - Marketing Assistant - Free Town

Job Description

We are a growing Atlanta-based media company looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and help build, organize, and maintain our internal systems using Monday.com. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, procedures, checklists, and keeping businesses organized behind the scenes. You will work directly with the owner to turn messy workflows into clear systems, maintain our CRM, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Core Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain our CRM in Monday.com
• Create, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Track leads, follow-ups, and client pipeline stages
• Manage administrative tasks and digital organization
• Build boards, automations, and workflows inside Monday.com
• Ensure projects, tasks, and team assignments stay on track
• Help create structure in daily operations and communication
• Light data entry and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with Monday.com (or similar CRM/project management tools)
• Loves creating systems, checklists, and procedures
• Strong written English and communication
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly
• Reliable, consistent, and process-driven

Bonus Skills

• Experience building automations (Zapier, workflows, etc.)
• Previous operations or project management support experience
• Familiarity with CRM pipelines and lead tracking
