Job Summary

IDRC-Ehub is seeking a Study Coordinator to support the implementation of a research project. The Study Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating research activities, managing data, and ensuring the quality of research outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate research activities, including data collection, data entry, and data analysis
• Collaborate with researchers, program staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the research project
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research activities, including participant information, data collection, and data analysis
• Ensure the quality of research outputs, including reports, publications, and presentations
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including researchers, program staff, and community members
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, public health, or research methods
• At least 2 years of experience in research coordination or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
• Knowledge of research ethics and principles of research integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience working in a research setting
• Familiarity with research software and tools, such as SPSS or R
• Language proficiency in English and/or local languages
