Job Summary
IDRC-Ehub is seeking a Study Coordinator to support the implementation of a research project. The Study Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating research activities, managing data, and ensuring the quality of research outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate research activities, including data collection, data entry, and data analysis
- Collaborate with researchers, program staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the research project
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research activities, including participant information, data collection, and data analysis
- Ensure the quality of research outputs, including reports, publications, and presentations
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including researchers, program staff, and community members
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, public health, or research methods
- At least 2 years of experience in research coordination or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Knowledge of research ethics and principles of research integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience working in a research setting
- Familiarity with research software and tools, such as SPSS or R
- Language proficiency in English and/or local languages
