Job Description
The Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Rwanda (ICPAR), (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. ICPAR invites all interested bidders to submit bids for the tender for the supply of ICPAR promotional materials (lot 1) and the provision of printing services (lot 2), as detailed in the Statement of Requirements. Bidders may submit bids for either one of the two tenders or for both.
How to Apply:
Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at ICPAR Offices on the same date at 10:30 am (local time). Well printed bids properly bound and presented in 3 copies, one of which is the original, and samples for every item must reach the ICPAR reception at the address mentioned above Not later than 23rd April 2026 at 10:00 am (local time). Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
