We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Operations Associate to join our IT Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a passion for technology.
<4>Responsibilities4>- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing clear and concise solutions.
- Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and deletion.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users on various software applications.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and user guides.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
