Waiter

Job Description

Maintain the cleanliness of service areas and comply with hygiene standards. Ensure tables are properly set. Welcome guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders. Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service delivery. Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally. Deliver guests' food and beverage orders to their rooms for room service orders. Ensure correct billing procedures and coordinate with the cashier when necessary. Maintain excellent customer service, respond to guests’ requests and complaints politely and efficiently.

Requirements

• A minimum of SSCE Certificate (WAEC, NECO, GCE).
• A minimum of 0–1 year's experience, and prior experience as a customer service attendant is an added advantage.
• Basic literacy and the ability to communicate in English language.
• Must be physically fit and strong.
• Proven experience as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant.
• Attentive and efficient in serving guests.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Hospitality training or relevant certification is an added advantage.

Remuneration

NGN 70,000 Monthly Gross.
