Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and revenue
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
