Job Description

Responsible for driving CRS Malawi authorized passengers/cargo to/ from approved or work related destinations, to properly handle agency vehicles and to perform work related errands. Responsible for adhering to the CRS Malawi vehicle policy at all times. Responsible for recording all vehicle mileage, purpose of trip, and POET in the vehicle management system. Responsible for checking expiry dates on road tax, insurance, and Certificate of fitness on all vehicles. Clean CRS vehicles. Responsible for Vehicle checks: Water, engine oils, Condition of tyres, Vehicle tools, fire extinguisher, First Aid Kits, etc Check mail as assigned Does banking/cashing of checks for the office. Assist in office work e.g. photocopying, filing and making calls etc. Perform work related and authorized errands as required, based on authorized vehicle request
