The Emergency Coordinator in Timbuktu, Mali, is responsible for planning and coordinating the daily implementation of the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) project activities in the regions of Tombouctou and Taoudeni. This role is crucial for ensuring effective responses to crises and climate change impacts. The position is part of NORCAP, which collaborates with various partners to address the needs of vulnerable populations. The coordinator will work within the framework of the Norwegian Refugee Council.
