Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our IT team in Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the IT department, ensuring the effective use of technology to support our programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the IT department, ensuring the effective use of technology to support our programs and operations.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with World Vision's global IT standards.
• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to support our programs and operations.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of technology.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
