Job Description

As an HR assistant, I support the daily operations of the human resources department by handling key administrative and coordination tasks. I maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate, confidential, and well-organized. I assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. I also support onboarding by preparing employment documents, coordinating orientation sessions, and helping new hires settle in smoothly. Additionally, I respond to staff inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and leave, and escalate issues when necessary. I help track attendance, compile reports, and provide payroll-related data to ensure accuracy. I assist in organizing training programs and company events, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Through these responsibilities, I contribute to creating an efficient, supportive, and well-managed workplace environment.
