Lead our sales team to develop on-site wholesale channels (Alaba/Computer Village) and manage omnichannel operations (social media offline markets) to drive data cable sales, distributor acquisition and market expansion across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train and manage a sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, focusing on on-site market development and distributor recruitment in Lagos.
- Oversee end-to-end omnichannel operations: On-site: Daily visits to Alaba/Computer Village and Ikeja wholesale markets, develop B2B clients, close deals and maintain channel relationships.
- Conduct market research, collect competitor information, customer demands and pricing data, and report to the Head of Operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain sales records, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Social media: Manage team's social media operations (TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/Instagram), create promotion content, drive online engagement and convert inquiries to sales.
- Formulate local sales strategies, monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews and adjust tactics to meet business goals.
