We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team in Athi River.

Key Requirements

• Must be a registered member of IHRM (Institute of Human Resource Management).
• Minimum of 4 years’ proven HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Manage employee records and payroll coordination.
