Non-IT Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for Non-IT Recruiters based in Uganda, Ethiopia, and Kenya to join our remote recruitment team. You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles (e.g., sales, operations, admin, HR, customer service, logistics, retail, hospitality, etc.) for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and draft clear job descriptions.
• Source and shortlist qualified candidates from your local market and across Africa.
• Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and track candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Work within a 5-day working week structure, following agreed SLAs and timelines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Uganda, Ethiopia, or Kenya.
• Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on non-IT recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in hiring for non-technical profiles (sales, operations, admin, HR, logistics, FMCG, retail, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (English required; local languages are a plus).
• Comfortable working fully remotely with a laptop, stable internet, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles/tickets.
