We are looking for Non-IT Recruiters based in Uganda, Ethiopia, and Kenya to join our remote recruitment team. You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles (e.g., sales, operations, admin, HR, customer service, logistics, retail, hospitality, etc.) for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and draft clear job descriptions.
- Source and shortlist qualified candidates from your local market and across Africa.
- Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and track candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Work within a 5-day working week structure, following agreed SLAs and timelines.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Uganda, Ethiopia, or Kenya.
- Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on non-IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in hiring for non-technical profiles (sales, operations, admin, HR, logistics, FMCG, retail, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (English required; local languages are a plus).
- Comfortable working fully remotely with a laptop, stable internet, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles/tickets.
