The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the programme implementation, including coordination, monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to programme implementation, including coordination, monitoring, and reporting
- Work closely with programme staff to ensure effective programme delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, government officials, and other partners
- Contribute to the development of programme reports and other documents
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, business administration, or a related field)
- At least 2 years of experience in programme management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of programme management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and local language (French).
