Job Description

I-Catch Optical Ltd is a growing eye care provider committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered services both in-practice and through community outreach programmes. We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Optometrist who is passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to both clinical services and community eye health promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide accurate diagnoses
• Prescribe and dispense spectacles and other visual aids
• Deliver exceptional patient and customer care at all times
• Perform basic optical technical work (measurements, lens marking, adjustments, minor repairs)
• Participate in outreach screening programmes and community eye care initiatives
• Support day-to-day operations, including stock management and reporting
• Adapt to additional duties as required, especially during outreach activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Optometry
• Minimum 3 years’ practical experience
• Strong clinical and dispensing skills
• Hands-on experience with frame selection, measurements, and adjustments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a small, dynamic team
• Willingness to travel for outreach programmes
